Join our Kids Yoga Class, where young minds embark on a playful journey of movement and mindfulness. This class introduces yoga poses through creative storytelling, games, and music, fostering a healthy balance of flexibility, focus, and fun. Children will discover the magic of breathing exercises, enhancing both physical and emotional well-being. Come stretch, giggle, and unwind with us!
Parents are welcome to wait in the reception area, drop off, or join in on the fun (space permitting).
