What sets our Bushel & Peck MusikGarten program apart from other music programs or that playgroup activity? Aural Emphasis - We emphasize active, thoughtful participation, not entertainment. We emphasize movement, not visual stimulation. Musikgarten is unique in these respects. Research documents that kids today are over-stimulated visually and need purposeful movement and music training now more than ever. Our MusikGarten classes are taught by trained and certified educators using a sequential curriculum developed by pioneers in early childhood music and movement education. We specialize in classes for babies, toddlers, and mixed ages (newborns to age 5) and welcome parents, grandparents, and caregivers to bond with their little ones during this 45 minute class. Families will explore rhythm sticks, jingles, shakers, drums, resonator bars, scarves, hoops and more!
