Believing fitness should be fun, our playful approach to yoga & fitness is designed to be challenging yet accessible in mind, body, and soul. You’ll find our expert instructors to be inclusive, passionate, authentic, and totally love-able. We welcome all sizes, sexes, shapes and colors. Our Live Stream & On Demand Library includes different styles and levels of yoga- from traditional Ashtanga or Kundalini to signature music-infused classes like Soul Flow, Vibe High Vinyasa or Down Dawg - a high energy power Flow with Live DJ.
Other offerings include HIIT, Ab Class, Booty Class, Shuffle Dance, Belly Dance, African Tribal Dance, Hip Hop, Meditation, Sound Healing, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga and More. All classes can be done without formal equipment, in a small space anywhere there is an internet connection.

IN PERSON: SMALL CLASSES OR PRIVATE SESSIONS
Join us for a dynamic and intimate class in our beautiful studio located walking distance to Lake Eola. For the safety of our members and staff we are currently limiting in person / in door class size to 12 students. Please RSVP through the schedule tab of our website.
We are also happy to work with you one-on-one or with your small group, either in our studio downtown or we can come to you.

Owner operator Gina Bernardini started her yoga career by teaching on the pool decks of neighboring apartment complexes in Downtown Orlando, “Group fitness builds community and keeps people accountable, its’ something to look forward to after a day’s work”.
